Real Estate Sales

From the looks of things on realtor, we are living in a very desirable neighborhood.  These homes have only been on the market for a short time, and the owners are getting the asking price.

I'm sorry to see these families leave as they are all nice neighbors, but I'm glad their homes sold quickly and for a good price.

Speaking for myself, when I bought my home the things I found attractive about McNaughten Village were:

  • Low crime rate.  We have no real crime in McNaughten Village
  • Low condo association fees.
  • The amount of green space.  We have trees and the grounds are kept up.
  • The quiet neighbors.  I'm of an age when loud music at 10:00 PM is an irritation, not an invitation.

Can anyone think of any other items I might have missed?
