New Property Manager

As of December 1st, 2023, McNaughten Village Condominiums will no longer be managed by Cindy Dawson of Sentry Management.  Our new property management company will be PMI Columbus.  Contact information for PMI is:

The McNaughten Village Condominium Board of Directors will provide details and the reasons for changing property managers at some future date.

    Thanks Bill! Apparently digital "progress" had deleted my original profile.
    Subsequently wasn't being notified regarding your informative posts.
    Everything can be just deleted now in the new age of technology, scary man!

    Thanks for the update on McNaughten Village Condominiums' management change. It's always a big shift when a new property management company steps in. Speaking of management changes, I've been considering whether we should change our body corporate manager in QLD. Does anyone have experience with making such a switch? I'd love to hear any advice or insights you might have!

Or not, as the case may be. Several buildings have had new drain pipes installed. It's easy to see which units, judging from the picture...
