Q: Can I rent my unit?

The renting or leasing of any and all units in McNaughten Village is strictly prohibited.

Q: How much are association fees?

As of January 1st, 2024:

Small unit (1063 Sq. Ft.) $244 per month

Large unit (1258 Sq. Ft.) $269 per month


Q: When are association fees due?

Association dues must be received on or before the first day of every month.


Q: Is there a grace period?

There is a ten day grace period.


Q: Where do I send a check for my monthly association fee?
