Human Interest: Flowers in Bloom

The City Water Department are still hard at work fixing the leak on Misty Way.

These flowers must be low maintenance, as I never see our groundskeeper out doing whatever groundskeepers are supposed to do to make the flowers look nice.  We now have a few red ones in bloom, and the contrast is appealing.
