The Swamp
Either someone is trying (unsuccessfully) to establish a cranberry bog, or there's a leak in the water supply pipe. Check the pics below:
I hope the city of Columbus does something about this in the very near future, because pretty soon the runoff will start freezing and become a safety hazard.
