If your early morning rest has been disturbed by the delicate strains of a jackhammer, it isn't the city spending your tax dollars repairing the roads. It's your HOA, indirectly anyway. We've decided to have the curbs and sidewalks repaired while it's still possible to do so.

If you didn't know this was going to happen, don't feel bad. You're in good company. No one was notified about this construction.
Since a good number of residents are now denied the use of their garage, parking is going to be at a premium. Please be considerate of others and don't take up two spaces when you park.
