Director Meeting Minutes

Call meeting to order
·        Joanne Kitchen called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM

Establish Quorum
·        Board members Joanne Kitchen, Robert Jackson, Sandra Matthews, Nancy West, Joey Ashbrook and Judie Brenneman were present.
·        Bill Emery and Patty Gray were also present.

Reviewed the meeting minutes from March 26, 2018.
·        A motion was made by Nancy West to approve the minutes as read.  This motion was seconded by Joanne Kitchen and approved by all.

Property Managers Report as of April 23, 2018
·        As of this date you have $15,939.79 in your checking account.
·        As of this date you have $150,678.39 in your savings account.
·        As of this date you have $11,540.73 in your CD account.
·        There are three owners who currently owe the association money.
One is in foreclosure. No further action taken.

Old Business
·        The curb and sod repair damage created by the snow plows will take place in the spring.  Virgin Landscape has been notified and they will be making repairs.
·        Waiting on a proposal from Rescue Roofing for 1860-1862 Misty Way roof.  Tom will also be getting a proposal from Newman Roofing.
·        Bill Emery and the rules committee have met and reviewed the rules and regulations.  Bill will be proofing them and will forward them to the Board for review and approval.

New Business
·        The Board discussed the repeated noise violation coming from the son of a unit owner.  A motion was made by Judie Brenneman to send a letter and fine the owner for this violation.  This motion was seconded by Nancy West and approved with a four to one vote and one abstention. 
·        The Board reviewed a draft of the mass letter being sent out for spring clean up.  This letter will also include an owner information form and will ask for email addresses.  This letter will include sections of the rules regarding owners cleaning up their patios, removing ornaments and other items from the front yards and walls.  Painting and or repairing their front doors and garage doors.


General Discussion
·        The next meeting will be on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM.

Adjourn Meeting
·        A motion was made by Joey Ashbrook to adjourn the meeting at 12:02PM.  This motion was seconded by Judie Brenneman and approved by all.
